Here’s a step-by-step guide to make your shopping experience with us as easy as possible.

2. Upon receiving your order, we will then send you an email within the next 24 hours detailing the total cost of your purchase, as well as payment information (Purchase Confirmation Email).
5. We will send out the items you’ve ordered upon receiving your payment. We may contact you should we require more information.
6. Within the next 3 to 5 working days…. You will be able to find your items waiting for you! This is of course subjected to the availability of the items.
Delivery Method
All items will be delivered via SingPost (Singapore’s Postal Service).
We will do our utmost to ensure that all items are securely packed to minimize any damage. Please be assured that we do not sell you any items that are defective. Therefore, we will not be held responsibility for any damage caused by delivery or for any loss of mail.
For local delivery, a postage fee of $1.00 will be charged for Normal Mail. Alternatively, you can opt for Registered Mail at a charge of $3.20, which we highly recommend.

Payment Method
We accept major credit cards payment via Paypal, as well as interbank transfers. Once orders are confirmed, we will provide you with the payment details.
Notes:
• Items will only be reserved for 3 days from the day we send out the purchase confirmation email.
• If we do not receive any payment within the 3 days, we willl release the item back for sale.
• Upon receiving your payment, we will send you an email with an invoice attached.
